Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner colleague to join our software development team who wants to work in a friendly, young team, and who is eager to experience new opportunities and challenges, both professionally and in terms of soft skills.

We treat some of our projects as "green field", thereby helping to acquire and capitalize on a continuous marketable knowledge, but we also have products to support.

During the work, it is possible to participate in the planning, and then through the implementation, even in the testing phase of the process in order to gather and develop experience, and communication skills with the customers.

Tasks:

 

  • Planning a comprehensive IT solution based on business needs (creating a development implementation plan)

  • Maintaining contact with the client in order to get to know the emerging business needs as early as possible

  • Professional customer support in the comprehensive formulation of the business need - from an IT implementation point of view

  • Analysis and assessment of business, functional and technical requirements

  • Cooperation with delivery teams during IT implementation of business requirements

  • Preparation and analyses of development documentation (logical and physical system design, requirements specification)

  • Management of time schedules

  • Development of a comprehensive vision of the software to be delivered (keeping in mind the customer's needs), based on this, everyday decision-making on the issues that arise

  • Creating a communication bridge between the development team and the client

  • Testing process, integration of quality gates into the development process

  • Participation in planning release management processes

 

Experience and competencies required to perform the task:

 

  • Higher economic/IT degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of English

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)

  • Knowledge of softwares supporting agile development (mainly Azure Devops)

 

Advantages to fill in the position:

 

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of the LEAN approach

  • Scrum Product Owner qualification

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and/or Draw.io modeling system

  • Knowledge of source control system (Git).

  • Experience in the position of Product Owner

  • Technological knowledge (in which the development team works): .Net Core, TypeScript, React, SQL database manager
