Tasks:

Participation in consulting and project management tasks at the company

External contact with customers and subcontractors
-
Management of project contracts
-
Cooperation with project managers, delivery teams and supporting organizational units
-
Defining the development goals and activities of the projects. Participation in determining the business priorities of projects.

Overall coordination of the project and project participants, management of resources.
-
Risk analysis and risk management throughout the project.
-
Monitoring and managing project progress.
-
Project cost planning, continuous financial control of the project, reporting on them to the company management.
-
Adherence to project deadlines, delivery of project milestones.
-
Closing projects.
-
Management and remeasurement of customer satisfaction.
-
Preparation and management of project documents.
-
Application and, if necessary, further development of project processes operating in the company.
Experience and competencies required to perform the task:
-
Higher degree in economics/finance/engineering/IT or equivalent relevant professional experience

Intermediate knowledge of English
-
Accuracy in implementation
-
Effective time management
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
Advantages to fill in the position:
-
Knowledge of softwares supporting agile development (mainly Azure Devops)
-
Knowledge of the LEAN approach
-
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and/or Draw.io modeling system
-
Technological knowledge (in which the development team works): .Net Core, TypeScript, React, SQL database manager
